Associate VP
Wells Fargo

I currently work at Wells Fargo as an Associate VP where I run the wealth management technology strategy. In this role I partner with teams across WIMT on customer journey mapping, tracking progress on key deliveries and highlighting potential risk items. Le Moyne helped me prepare for this position by teaching me to ask the, "so what" to see the big picture and understand why things are being done. I have used what I learned at Le Moyne to prioritize and ensure the right items are getting attention, finished, and recognized for their importance.

Associate
Matrix Capital Markets Group, Inc.

As an Investment Banking Associate, I assist with the execution and management of transactions and advisory mandates, ranging from sell-side/buy-side M&A deals to capital raises and corporate valuations. My responsibilities include creating financing and valuation models, preparing selling and private placement memoranda, conducting buyer and industry research, and coordinating due diligence, as well as mentoring and training analysts. The  Dolphin Green & Gold Fund was my first opportunity to learn and apply the analytical and leadership skills that are most relevant and necessary to succeed in this field. With the fundamentals, I developed at the Fund, and by working independently with the technical resources available through Le Moyne, I was well-equipped for the challenges of a fast-paced industry.

Investment Analyst
NGON

Currently, I am working for a startup that works with oil producers to decrease their methane emissions by bringing the marketplace to the wellhead. Working for a newer company, I am involved in many elements of the business, including industry research, creating financial and forecast models, working with investors, creating pitch decks, and business development. The Dolphin Green & Gold Fund was my initial exposure to modeling and storytelling through data, which I use every day and has become quintessential to my career progression.

Commercial Lines Underwriter
Chubb

As a Commercial Lines Underwriter, I manage a book of business consisting of property and casualty lines falling within the middle market classification. On a daily basis, I manage renewals and provide quotes to agents who then issue our product to the businesses they serve. When deciding to provide a quote, I perform a thorough analysis of a potential insured’s business model, risk factors, and profitability. Pricing is derived from these risk factors; those exhibiting the most favorable characteristics receive the best pricing. The Green and Gold Fund provided me with the critical thinking skills needed to succeed in this profession.

Associate Analyst
Constellation Brands

I am currently an Associate Analyst on the Employee Experience team at Constellation Brands. I support all aspects of research design and analysis with a particular focus on company-wide employee engagement. My role involves designing and coordinating surveys and questionnaires, synthesizing and analyzing data, and creating insightful reports that drive actionable recommendations. Irrespective of the type of data being analyzed, the DGGF strengthened my ability to effectively analyze data, draw sound conclusions, and offer actionable recommendations to stakeholders. This experience directly applies to my current job responsibilities, and I am immensely grateful for the exposure and knowledge that I gained through the DGGF at Le Moyne College.
